Personalized solutions to regain mobility and comfort.

As a manual therapist, I specialize in using a variety of techniques to treat my patients. My practice is based in particular on joint mobilizations and manipulations from orthopedic manual therapy (OMT).

As part of my treatments, I often integrate orthopedic manual therapy with myofascial release and mobilization. This combined approach aims to restore balance to the body's systems, promoting optimal healing and recovery for my patients.

Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT)

Dry needling is a technique used by physiotherapists to relieve muscle pain and improve mobility. It involves inserting a needle without injection into specific points of tight muscles, called "trigger points", to release tension, improve circulation and stimulate the nervous system. Used to treat various pains (back, neck, shoulders, etc.), dry needling is based on Western muscle physiology, different from acupuncture, and is supported by scientific research.

To ensure continued progress between sessions, I provide my patients with personalized exercises. These exercises are designed to meet the specific needs of each patient, taking into account their condition and treatment goals. The exercise prescription typically includes a combination of techniques focused on breathing, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle strengthening. The emphasis is on precise execution of movements and avoiding any compensation during their execution.
